The center of Pandora is a confirmation of the Precursors’ colossal might. Mankind was still making its baby steps when they have already put themselves in control of a star, turning it into a generator. For thousands of years Pandora supplied the ancient race with energy for experiments.

The surface of the celestial body is covered with liquid lava-like substance, which is nothing more than a cover that keeps the energy inside the star and does not allow it to glow.

Most ships, affected by areas of low radiation in the planet’s vicinity, simply disappear. As for the pockets of high radiation, they have been studied even less - any vehicle, which falls on the periphery of the zone, immediately breaks down. Outside of Pandora, such phenomena are not recorded.

The conflict for the center of Pandora is the fight for the most valuable research equipment, missing in the heart of the system together with a large-scale expedition, whose aim was to examine, and perhaps make the majestic star generator work to their advantage.
