Star Conflict OBT v.0.9.9 update 1

Pilots!

Star Conflict servers are down for maintenance and installation of 0.9.9. Update 1! In this update we will introduce the following changes:

Added new server for South Asia, you will be able to pick it up in menu;
Changed space requirements on the purchase of new ships;
'Fleet Strength' will now be availible for view in pilot's Profile;
Increased power of 'Static Barrier' module.
