Additions to the 0.8.3 update

We have further improved the game balance and training contracts, and fixed a wide assortment of bugs.

• Fixed game client incompatibility with Avast;
• Added a notification on the 30% gold bonus;
• Fixed a bug with negative Galactic Standard balance;
• Minor fixes for Mac users;
• Fixed training contract bugs.
